THE FIRM

 

DWS is a small client-focused firm located in Vancouver that have been providing quality legal services on a timely basis for 60 years. Our clients consist mainly of small businesses that are owned or operated by entrepreneurs involved in real estate development, construction, retail, manufacturing and service sectors. As well, we also provide services to individuals in the areas of wills, estates and family law.

 

Our litigation practice consists of construction law, commercial litigation, creditor’s remedies (with a particular interest on cases involving fraudulent disposal of assets) and family law.
